Thank you for visiting my site. I am very part-time at home working wife and mother of three. I have been involved with needlecrafts since I was a young child and have been making cross-stitched birth and wedding announcements for years as gifts for my family and friends. I finally decided to create some designs of my own and start this small home based business. I hope my customers get as much enjoyment from these announcements as I do making them.

Hours of Operation
I sell exclusively through this website and by word of mouth. The website is available 24 hours a day, and I am available by phone from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST Monday - Saturday. You can email questions at any time. I check email regularly so you can expect a reply within 48 hours.

Quality
All designs are stitched personally. I take care to use all acid free materials for mounting and framing. I take pride in the professional quality of every detail with each order. In order to keep prices low I rely primarily on word of mouth from satisfied customers as advertising. I appreciate feedback. Return Policy
I take great care to fill your order exactly as it is written on the order form. For many designs this means I need to alter the size and/or style of writing in order to fit your child's name into the design. Once the cloth is stitched and mounted it cannot be altered without compromising the quality of the cloth. Since each item is personalized to your child and could not be resold I cannot accept returns unless I have made an error.
